One done, one remains

Two bicycle wheels (one half out of the frame to the right) leaning against a glass balcony banister. The wheels have black rims and spokes, with bold white and grey graphics on the rims. A tire pump is standing between the two wheels. It's not readily apparent, but the tire on the left is fully inflated but the tire on the right is not.
